I am delighted to announce that I have gained Individual Membership of the Association of Residential Lettings Agents having successfully sat and passed the ARLA exam earlier this year

I feel it is important to be a personal member of the Association of Residential Letting Agents because it shows commitment from a professional viewpoint and individuals, as well as companies, should be governed by a professional body.

Landlords place their trust  not only in the Agency they choose to appoint to let their property,  but also in the staff dealing with the day to day issues of letting and management.  

I therefore feel it is vital that all staff working within the lettings market should take the necessary exams to prove their competency and knowledge in order to deal with and understand the Parlimentary Acts involved in letting property, the obligations of both landlords and tenants and also the role of Managing Agent.
