Fielding Enquiries

We will field all enquires and supply you with names and telephone numbers of prospective tenants. You can then arrange to carry out your viewings on your property and get a feel for the right tenant.

Referencing

Once you have decided on your tenant, we can then carry out a full professional referencing service to check credit history, stability and affordability including bank and employer referencing.

It is then back to you to arrange the rest and take control.
